「There was an odor in the room.. could not pinpoint what it was though my wife thinks it was urine」

「My room was large. The property was clean, nicely decorated and very well maintained. The breakfast was wonderful and the front desk person was very nice & helpful too. 」

「我在這裡居住了10晚，中間去了一趟大峽谷，從大峽谷回來後又住了兩晚。 前9晚住的十分舒適，也很開心地使用房內的廚房設備，以及飯店的泳池、健身房。 然而，在最後一晚，由於飯店內施工，導致晚上十一點至隔天凌晨五點停水，完全沒有水可用。服務人員很貼心的送上幾瓶礦泉水應急。這對我來說十分困擾，因為我非常注重睡前先洗澡，但卻意外遇上這場停水，只好硬著頭皮先睡，隔天再起床洗澡。雖然業者已經很有誠意的處理這個問題，但我認為應該要提前公告，寄個email或貼個紙條在門口也好，而不是等到我發現沒水了，打去櫃檯問才知道停水。 在離開Scottsdale前遇到這種事，對於整體的住宿體驗大大扣分。但或許只是我運氣不好遇到吧？下次若要到訪此地，會再審慎考慮是否要住這間。」

「We enjoyed our weekend away at this property. The unit was spacious, modern and comfortable. The staff was friendly. We used the fitness room and activities area. The pools were nice throughout the property. We didn’t eat at the restaurant on the property but there was live music playing on Friday night. I would recommend staying here!」

「The bed was outstanding! I slept so good and I loved the mattress. It was probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The only criticism is that the facilities staff doesn’t clean up your room or make the beds. I ended up having to take out my trash every day and making my own bed. For the rate I paid for the room I felt the staff could have cleaned up the room. But you can request for the staff to clean up a day in advance. But I had already cleaned up in the morning so it wasn’t...
