「Staff are very professional and nice 👍 👌 my favorite hotel in Philippines」

「on first day, they did not assigned me with the right accomodations, it was not the deluxe room, but they did not give me credit for the difference. the toilet was not flushing and the hotel staff did not take appropriate measures to mitigate it and we end manually filling the tank to flush the toilet . the advettisement says the hitel reataurant is ipen daily but that was not in fact true. we had to call and check if itnis opened and out of 14 dys we stayed there , we only ate there 3 times due...

「The place is great, especially because it’s so close to SM City Lipa and the terminals, just a 3 to 5 minute walk. Super convenient. I booked a basic double room and it was okay for the price. It can get a bit bright at night because of the curtains and outside lights, and you might hear some noise from outside or nearby rooms. I’d probably try the deluxe room next time. Breakfast was really good. I just wish it already came as a full meal instead of adding rice separately. Room delivery is 20...

「It is the warm welcome. The environment and the activities for children . The farm experience and their tour of the farm is a must. The architectural design with bamboo is so beautiful Especially their green mangoes. If you lobe bird watching this is also the good place with the sound of kilyawan birds.」

「The only complaint I have, and it was my fault that I did not notice. I asked for a room for 3 adults and ot a room with 2 single beds, my fault for not questioning. The resort added a cot to remidey remedy the situation.」
