「浴缸花灑頭岀水太少，不足以淋浴。廁所出口有滲水情況嚴重。職員有發現狀況，但沒有即時按排換房服務。反而留言給我避免使用企缸。叫客人接受滲漏情況直至離開酒店。完全沒有考慮到客人需要及服務質素極差劣。需要經過投訴後才按排最後一晚才更換房間。」

「Lovely room but no view 」

「Friendly staff and clean, spacious room. Not easy to walk there from the rail station. However, One can get there easily through a steel bridge (which was not shown in the map) linking it to the Freeman’s Quoy Centre at the Peninsula, near the Premier Inn Durham. Good and reasonably priced dinner.」

「Overall, the room is warm and comfortable although it is relatively small, sufficient for move of one person. The bathroom is large and warm. One drawback is the location is not near to Durham town Center (35 -40 minutes walking distance) and go some slopes before reach the hotel. 」

「Wonderful hotel with excellent spa facilities! Friendly, attentive staff, always willing to help. Ate in the new Terra restaurant and although food was very good, the menu was a little confusing as it didn't explain that the main courses were for 2 people. We ordered 2 of them and this far too much. One meal was mostly wasted which ( at these prices) was an expensive mistake.」

「The staff are friendly and make you feel welcome. The room not that clean as I would expect. Loved the room with fridge and snacks. I had no other problems. The facilities are excellent. Alots of parking available. 」

「Ignore the reviews, its cheap, very quiet, and ideal if you not expecting the savoy. Only negatives was broken accessability toilets, and bad kitchen, but u get what you pay for. Young guy on reception very helpful and friendly.」

「Upon arrival checkin was excellent, stress free & welcoming. Shown to room with everything shown and or explained simplistically. The room was clean, the bathroom bedding immaculate, bed v comfortable. Good storage, good coffee tea water biscuits to greet you and last. I can say I was impressed by this. 「Easy to find pub/hotel with plenty parking availability. Very quick and capable booking in by staff.. Problem identified with room choice but manager intervened and agreement quickly made to booking (the error is the only reason I opted for 4 instead of 5 stars).
