worst experience in my all trips
Okay room but terrible experience.
I have areservation of 2 bedrooms, but was provided with 1 room when we arrived.
We tried to show the owner what we have booked, the confirm letter from hotels, with my name my room details and all details.
But he just refused to communicate, shouting at us he didn't know what we say, he has no mistake, we are the liers, take or leave!
We have a business meeting that evening so we have no choice but accept.
but this is not the worst of what happened.
about 1 hour later, the owner came again with another guy. and the owner told us the room is for another guest. fortunately we communicate with another employee and he helped check the hotels order and confirmed that we should have 2 bedrooms. then he goes to handle this with the owner, and give us the 2 bedrooms back.
half hour later, the owner came and told us it was the platform mistake, that we should not get this room. but we can still live.
Refuse to admit his mistake that give us the wrong room! Refuse to correct the mistake after knowing it! Refuse to apologize but lying!
I cannot to accept it.
