「Très bel établissement. Tout est parfait, l'accueil la communication avant le séjour, la propreté. Le tout est quand même un peu froid et mériterait un peu d'animation décorative, en particulier des tableaux dans les couloirs qui font un peu trop laboratoire. Le restaurant est excellent même si on aimerait avoir un peu plus de choix ! Le petit déjeuner est copieux et bien diversifié. L'espace détente avec sa petite piscine est très agréable quand il n'y a pas trop de monde !」

「Didn’t provide credit card refund within the timeframe as they said at checkout. Basically had to wait for the bank to cancel the hold after 30 days. Really inconvenient when you need the credit card for other things afterwards. Send them emails and they didn’t bother to reply. 」

「請櫃台幫忙叫計程車，時間到了，車子卻沒有來，而且協助叫車的櫃檯還說我們沒有說要叫車 跟櫃檯反應沒有面紙與衛生紙，但回到房間也沒有補上 飯店設施老舊，每天也不補足備品，一晚卻要8000多台幣，除了地點不錯，實在找不到其他優點了」
