「This place apparently had a fire in December 2024 and is only just starting to reopen. I figured something of the sort, because of the extremely low price, less than half what one-star hotels in the area were asking. The very friendly guy at the check-in told me the whole story. Positives? Low, low price, at least right now (Feb 2025). Conveniently located. Clean. Comfortable. Good HVAC. Mini fridge in room. Negatives? Probably due to construction, but the hot water in the shower was barely...

「The room was fine. The staff were nice. And the price was fair. But the drunk guys yelling down the hall way. And the large dog barking. Keep us up. You could hear everyrhing because the door does not seal tight to the door frame u could see light all the way around it from inside」

「Very nice place. Friendly staff. Pool and jacuzzi were lovely. Enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. What I didn't like- Our room didn't have a heating/cooling system. So. it was dead quiet plus too hot. We had to open our window to keep from being cooked. All night in 20 degree weather we had the window opened. Shower was awful Super crazy pressure in a cheap showerhead. The water was cold and painful by the time it hit you. All in all it was nice, but I most likely wouldn't stay again.」

「Brand new property, was very clean. No frills though, no shampoo/conditioner, just bar soap. Bed cover was just a felt blanket, but new and clean, and not overly priced. We only stayed one night passing through, snowboarding at Blue Mountain. It served our needs and price point.」
