「Our stay at Rushton Hall was perfect and the room (Hollyhock) was very large as was the bathroom with both a bath and separate shower. The Spa and the team are helpful and friendly. Dinner was slow to arrive but very tasty. Some parts of the public areas could do with more attention to detail for example the Chandler in the dinner hall had damaged parts handing down over breakfast trays containing food. Overall Great location excellent staff and fabulous WiFi. For an establishment of this type...

「I didn’t sleep well. The Bed was too hard for me & the pillows were flat & hard too. The Breakfast waitress was not very friendly. First thing she did before seating us was to check her watch. It was just 0910 but we felt uncomfortable & rushed. The minute we had served ourselves hot food it was taken away, so no chance of seconds had we wanted it. 」

「Hotel generally fine, though we had a couple of negatives. 1- we chose the hotel in large part to make use of spa facilities, only to find that restricted hours in the holiday season meant this was not useable for us. 2- our room was part of an adjoining pair. At night a very loud couple of young men opened their adjoining door and continued being noisy. Thankfully, when I opened our door and asked them nicely if they could keep it down a bit, they did.」
