「Manager was very helpful when we left our fan there. Then my sister left her drivers license there after she picked up our fan he called us to let us know so she could get it back. I like how he doesnt charge through hotels .com app until you get there. That way if your plans fall through you dont have to worry about getting your money back. 「Scammed by the unscrupulous owner that wanted a fee so large for pets that it was more than the hotel reservation, OUTRAGEOUS! Over twice the average pet fee than EVERY other Super 8 asked for. I felt I was taken advantage of since I booked through a third party, so I either lost my booking fee or had to pay double by paying his outrageous pet fee. Buyer beware, call first. 」

「I have stayed multiple times at this property. The first time I enjoyed it, the last time it was a bit more trying. Possibly because I was a very late arrival. But three things concerned me; they have almost doubled the pet fee - on their form it said $25, they charged $40, The room carpet was in terrible condition and one thing about “fees?!”」

「I find the Precious Hotel to be quite adequate, but I guess the eggs and sausage are Monday through Friday only. I had to beat the Arctic freeze, so I checked in on a Friday night and Saturday morning meant slim pickings (a couple of mini muffins) for breakfast. The coffee in the breakfast room tasted like tree bark, so I grabbed a few creamers for in-room coffee only to find that all 4 packets in my room were decaf, while most places provide 2 leaded and 2 unleaded. 「The staff was nice but inflexible. My room had minor issues: microwave table didn't turn (so they replaced it), the shower faucet dripped loudly and lacking a "do not disturb" sign. Also, no breakfast available, but I thought expedia listed breakfast included. Finally, not a bad place, but location is "light industrial".」
