「serviesgoed was wat karig en plinten in de keuken hingen los. De buitendeur naar het trappenhuis kon niet op slot en dat gaf geen veilig gevoel. Maar over het algemeen was het een prima verblijf voor mijn gezin in Londen.」

「整體係唔錯嘅！相同房間真實見差唔多，設備都齊全。不過建築物較古舊，及鄰近酒吧，所以夜晚較嘈吵。客戶服務業一般，例如要求要垃圾袋、洗碗球等都無即時處理，要待其七個清潔日才處理。」

「Bedding is not very comfortable. It is better to have one extra rubbish bin in room rather than just have one in washroom. 」

「Middle floor bathroom ran out of loo roll, was mouldy, and had no pole for the shower head to be held in. Lower floor had no loo roll. Bedroom was old and a bit knackered and it was a mattress not worthy of a student pad. The communal areas are filthy, despite being charged a “cleaning fee”. Room had three electric heaters on the floor, two of which are wall mount heaters. Floor had holes where the wood had separated. I’m truly shocked this site has this as an option.」

「I was really impressed. This Apartment is decidedly "Bigot" and I suspect if there were 2 of you it might be challenging. But for me as a lone traveller it was fine and literally has everything you might need. A very convenient location and really easy to find. I shall stay here again.」
