「The parking lot was really badly maintained. But other than thay the stay was nice 」

「When you first get to the property, it looks a little outdated and chaotic with the amount of traffic in the parking lot. However when you get inside the building, it looks massive and welcoming. The staff at the front desk were super kind and fun. However, the pool staff closed the pool 10 minutes early which is okay but kids pay attention to this lol There were some minor damages inside our room. A hole in the ceiling and what looks like a fixed hole with plywood in the wall in the bathroom....

「We were very impressed with the condition of the room and the cleanliness. Your cleaning staff does a wonderful job! And the uniqueness of the design/decorating. One of our complaints is we don't need the fancy expresso coffee - regular coffee would do. Another is the underground parking. It's not well marked and quite difficult accessing (especially with a truck). 」

「They have a great restaurant - really good food made from scratch at 1/2 to 2/3 of typical prices. The best fries anywhere. Very friendly & helpful staff. Unfortunately there really arent any other amenities in walking distance.」

「This hotel is not clean. I lived there for two nights. I asked the front desk for house keeping; I also hanged up the sign of refurbish before 10am, for more than 24 hours, according to their instructions. No one came to clean my room. There is hair in food in their restaurant. And also dark marks on bedding linens; I feel itchy sleeping here. Too expensive for such experience. I don’t recommend it.」
