Great hotel with perfect location along the beach. It is within walking distances to the malls, grocery stores, and an easy location for local taxi services. And the breakfast was EXCELLENT! The only issue we faced while there was room service always seemed to run out of washcloths and bath towels. For the duration of our trip we constantly had to call the front desk for towels. Also, while at the pool the Towel Hut was almost always unattended and without towels.

I had a nice experience in regards to my stay at Radisson with my family of 4.LO’s 12&9. I loved being steps away from the beautiful beach and access to 2 large pools . Although not an all inclusive, the breakfast included was delicious and appreciated . The wait staff always made us feel comfortable and our rooms were neat and clean. It is a short drive to the airport about 10 minutes and there are plenty of activities to partake in around the island . We visited Grand Etang Lake, hiked, walked to church, visited Annandale Falls, a spice tour at a local nutmeg supplier, Tri Island Chocolate , and we went river tubing. I would visit again .

The hotel and the surrounding are is very nice. But they have a no show cancellation policy that is not nice at all. We had booked 4 days and 3 nights but our flight for the first night got cancelled and we couldn't make it. We called the hotel and spoke with them telling them that we would not be able to make the first night but that we would be coming in the next day. Next day rolls around and we get a refund notice for the remaining nights as we had prepaid for the rooms and that our booking is cancelled. When we got to the hotel, all we got was a sorry, it's our policy. I can understand the policy and if we had not called, that would be ok, but we called and still got our rooms cancelled. Luckily we managed to rebook them but imagine if trying to rebook you find out that the rooms are no longer available. Sorry just doesn't cut it.

If you like to wake up early with the birds, this is a nice resort. It's the perfect balance of comfort. I got up every morning to go to the beach 6am watch the sunrise, meditate and took a dip in the Grand Anse beach. Was the best most refreshing and invigorating way to the start of your day. Highly recommend it

Well I could have given full 5 stars . Let me tell you why . Someone violated my privacy.i wore my gucci slide the entire time there. The regular lady was off Friday and Saturday .the last time I wore my shoes was Saturday evening. So some where between Saturday and Sunday bc we check out someone went in the room and took my gucci slide. My room number was 127.i know a black thick lady was covering for the short lady it was her day off so it’s not her. Please watch the camera and see who went inside my room.my number is 3472239898

We loved the huge pool with the waterfalls. We loved the closeness to the Grand Anse Beach and grocery stores and restaurants. We did not rent a car and did not feel we needed one. We hired a taxi for a tour. The rooms are tired and could use updating but they were very clean and for the price it was excellent. Our MAJOR complaint was the huge issue with the beach towels. Either there was NEVER towels or there was nobody at the towel hut. We just hung onto our towel till we could get it switched out as we did not want to be without a towel at a BEACH POOL RESORT. Other places we have stayed you paid a deposit for your towel and traded in your towel on a regular basis. Sometimes we tried and tried for 3 days to get switched. You need a better system for this. There was several others frustrated with this and when I mentioned upon checkout it seemed to be a known fact. The hotel grounds is beautiful the one big pool is amazing we loved our stay here and would return. You just need a better system for your towels.

The property has enormous potential. Pros: Upon arrival I was greeted with a drink by the bellman. Property is nestled on the famous Grand Anse beach and there are a few restaurants in walking distance. Ones to try are Umbrellas and 61 West. Stand out employees are Desiree, Esmond and Alana. Things to work on are: Checkin staff needs to be more amiable. Put a smile on your faces, you are the first and most forward facing employees. You set the tone. Give a tour of the hotel, inform us of the happenings on property or direct us to the board. Guests won’t know where things are unless they organically explore..Unless that’s the goal. Not sure what the issue was with beach towels but there seemed to be a scarcity. We were told to use the ones in the room. Overall a decent property for the price point, but little touches could elevate the property.
