「We had a wonderful stay there and highly recommend. Quiet and clean but the most notable was the impressive customer service from all the staff. It really appeared everyone loves being there and loves their roles. They even shipped our lost items to us. Great place and great food! Those cookies!!」

「We really enjoyed our stay. we had a wonderful room with the waterfront Marina view from our terrace. The staff is the greatest, especially the young lady at the desk in the evening. Just a 15 minute walk over the bridge and you're at St. George St or the restaurants on the Avenida Menedez.. Would absolutely stay here again, 」

「Building is older but rooms have been renovated. No carpet and showers tile. Wonderful breakfast and a fun happy hour with fabulous sunset view of the water. Easy walk to the historic area. Very quiet. I recommend valance for rooms with the outside light and a longer shower curtain. I would stay here again. 」

「Very nice hotel, lots of free parking, fast check in, very nice restaurant space that although wasn’t opened for dinner, had really nice breakfast options. Nice pool area, rooms were clean, nicely decorated and roomy. Beds were very comfortable, shower was clean and had a hand held sprayer, great draining and water pressure, nice toiletries provided. Would stay again.」

「The Best Western in St. Augustine had excellent reviews on the Hotel.com app, but I hadn’t stayed at BW for a long time. I was wrong to worry - the place was fantastic. It’s more of a motel than hotel. Meaning you park outside your room and there isn’t a “lobby” or main hotel - just an office to check-in. The parking is unique but makes perfect sense for the location. When you check in they guide you to your parking space and as you come and go they fit you in by moving barriers and stanchions....
