After I checked in and paid for the room the front desk clerk informed me that they were working on the heat and handed me a little heated fan. When I opened the door to the room the temperature was as cold as it was outside (25 degrees). This property should not be available for rooms until the heating issue is fixed. The front desk person should have explained the situation before checking me in and charging me for the room.

Sheets had stains. Pillows had stains. Smelled like weed everywhere. The bed is bar none the most uncomfortable bed I can ever remember sleeping on. I get that its a budget hotel but it was bad even for that category.

The first room I was given was dirty and hadn't been cleaned from the housekeeping. Full garbages, unmade slept in beds, towels on the bathroom floor. The next room the heat would not turn up, and the one comforter really stunk of body odor. It was so dirty and disgusting. Blood on the wall by the bathroom, I didn't bother to complain. Wasn't the front desk guys fault, they need to deep clean the rooms. We will not be staying here again. Was cheap so we gave it a try.

Stores close by. Clean & I could tell that they are upgrading a little bit at a time. I like the color schemes (very relaxing) & color coordinated throughout the building. I most definitely will be staying here again when I am in the area.

1st of all I reserved non smoking room and when I got there I was offered a smoking room and another option is to leave and imagine it was almost 0300 in the morning. Therefore, I had to risk my health concerns and spend the rest of hours cause I had to at work before 0600 in the same morning. EXPEDIA MEMBERS WE NEED TO HAVE CUSTOMER-CARE ON THE CLOCK when comes like this time. I was told to call Expedia at that time for clarification of my stay.

Dirty furniture even the Salvation Army would refuse. All Ice machines broken. Had to go out to buy ICE. Back entrance door broken, would not lock, open to anyone. Whole place smells of curry. Why does Wyndham keep this type of offering on its website?

We booked 2 rooms here for a local event In one room the curtains didnt cover the windows on a bottom floor room and creepy people checking cars ALL night long (peeking thru windows and trying door handles). We brought this to the attention of the attendant yet he didnt seem to care. Our room was easily 90° and they had shut off all ability to use air conditioning. The bathroom fan sounded like a plane was crashing thru the building. They only come clean once you check out so on a 4 night stay, the ants had a great feast on the 1 tiny trash can (for a family suite?). Our second room had both a fridge and microwave that didn't work! Fantastic to find out after a 15 hour day working! Absolutely will never stay here again (our event happens every year) and will definitely never reccomend this location.
