「Great customer service and a lovely convenient location. Overall the hotel is a lovely environment. However, the bathroom had a very old green suite with a rusty plug hole and a not very nice white shower curtain. The bed seemed very small and the quilt cover was not adequate in size, for two people. There were no water bottles to use to boil water for making tea, so the only water to make tea with, was the bathroom water!!! Thank you for your great customer service, much appreciated 」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the quality of the service, cleanliness, bar, restaurant, food etc etc. The employees were great too. However, the hotel is not ideal for someone that has impaired mobility or uses a wheelchair, because of steps within the common parts of the building and does not have a lift to access the upper floors' bedrooms. 「Great location lovely view of bay hotel was amazing only downfall at hotels was staff sometimes had to wait 10 to 20 minutes to get served at the bar and on check out nobody there to settle bar bill of £5.85 for a pint of beer and got email to say I'd left the property without paying lol if someone was there at reception i would have sorted my bill out but had to leave as taxi was waiting ✋️ 😀 」

「Very convenient location with easy access to the town centre for shopping and eating out. Main bus stop was a five minute walk away meaning we could get to the tourist locations around the island easily.
