「I have been staying in this hotel for the last 15 months and I can honestly say it is one of the best hotels I've stayed in the UK. Its always very clean and good amenities, the food is delicious, good treadmills with a decent gym but, I do think there does need to be dumbbells up to 20kg and the price of a pint is a bit steep but it is a lovely setting. Special thanks to Corey, Debbie, Liam, Max and Mark for everything they did for me while staying at the hotel and if I am ever back in the area...

「The reception staff are very friendly and welcoming. I had a pleasant conversation with them during check-in and check-out. The room was tidy and well-maintained. 「This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed so far by hotel.com bookings! No customer service at all!!! We all had to wait so long for someone to come out of the front office for checking in! And they were not in mood of helping their customers, everything were turned down and ‘NO’! One of the guests had no choice but changed to Double-tree immediately after checked in! The frost desk simply doesn’t answer any calls fm rooms, they just said ‘will call u back’ and hanged up, but never called back....
