「The staff were very helpful, respectful but friendly. I was at a course near the hotel on Sunday so was slightly disappointed the restaurant was late opening on Sunday morning. I did however get to my work on time! I would definitely stay at Wildes hotel again. Thank you」

「The reception staff are very friendly and welcoming. I had a pleasant conversation with them during check-in and check-out. The room was tidy and well-maintained. When I requested additional coffee packs from housekeeping, they generously provided me with more than I expected. The room is well-equipped with plenty of electrical sockets, which is very convenient. However, the Wi-Fi signal was quite weak and could be improved.」

「This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed so far by hotel.com bookings! No customer service at all!!! We all had to wait so long for someone to come out of the front office for checking in! And they were not in mood of helping their customers, everything were turned down and ‘NO’! One of the guests had no choice but changed to Double-tree immediately after checked in! The frost desk simply doesn’t answer any calls fm rooms, they just said ‘will call u back’ and hanged up, but never called back....

「A very unusual, and singularly unique hotel with much to commend it. The welcome was wholesome and kind. I received help to my room with my luggage. The room was ok. A little tight, but well appointed and suitable for use. Clean, freshly decorated, well-appointed bathroom, excellent shower, etc. The bar area was buzzy with activity and the service was second to none. The drinks were great and the food was excellent. 」
