Check in person had no customer service abilities. Was nice at first but when she had a problem with securing my room deposit card in the computer and with a line waiting just kept saying your card is declined , ...it's declined, crowd waiting is looking at me like I am the problem, I'm the one holding
things up, tired and frustrated I was assuring her that the card is good that I used it today and there is thousands in available balance... she said so what ..it's declined. Her manager arrived just then and he knew right away what the issue was and fixed it immediately, it was a computer issue, he was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable, she offered no apology or customer service after that point. Room was ok a little worn out, slightly
musty, bathroom ceiling vent was gross, looked like it has never been cleaned, stopped looking after that..but room seemed ok for lower price point but biggest issue was the heat, it worked ok until around 2am I woke up to overheated room even though it was set to 71, tried adjusting temp and it just kept running so I had to shut it off and woke up freezing. Reluctant to call desk in case declined girl was there I just dealt with it.
