「We got an apartment to be able to go to ski to many close by parks. It was very convenient and fully equipped. The 2 people at front desk we SUPER FRIENDLY and helpful. A superb customer service. Would certainly stay there again」

「Location was ok, check- in little confused as it was in the different building Room clean , spacious but access would be a challenge if my 77 year old mom decide to come . 21 steps to access our room without elevator, this property would not pass Canadian standards for handicapped people. 「We used the hotel as a base as we had family in nearby village. So the hotel was nearest to them. The staff and facilities were good. The fridge in our room did not work. although we did not report it as thought it was how the fridge’s are in this country. The side of the hotel we was on in Room 901 there was a nightclub (seems only open Friday,Saturday &Sunday) music pumping out till 5am which made 2 nights for us no sleep. We left on Sunday. The lady at the reception was very kind she could not give me a room earlier than a check it is but she offered me to keep my luggage in a locked room where I also changed my clothes and followed my trip to Štrbske pleso.
