「The receptionist was helpful and nice, they gave us great customer service. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable, however, it was not sound proof so we did not get much privacy. The view from our room leads to thr back garden and was miniscule and only seems to be an option for ventilation which is fine. 「Posizione centrale. Purtroppo il servizio SPA é a pagamento e questo non ci era stato indicato. Per il resto tutto ok. Un po' caro per il servizio.」
