"Most everything was great but for a busy upscale hotel no wifi except the lobby ? Time to upgrade when you’re in your room is where you need it !! Pretty tough to do anything without wifi these days!! I’m pretty sure they are making enough money to afford better wifi service "

"The staff were so nice and accommodating! We didn’t have a car upon arrival and they set us up a rental immediately! They have a private beach within walking distance, but many amazing restaurants and beaches are reachable in a 5-10 min drive. The room was spacious and clean, a bit dated but gave beach house vibes and we weren’t spending much time indoors so we didn’t mind! Definitely recommend staying here. "

"Terrible facility with false advertising, I booked the facility for three nights, but the first night was so painful that I requested a refund which was refused by the front desk. I booked the 4-star hotel for the same price for the rest of the two nights I stayed in Sardinia. "Our villa reservation got upgraded, so we got a bigger place which also looked newly renovated. It was very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was nice too, but we found a better breakfast at another hotel for 1Euro less. The staff was very friendly. All in all, it was a great place to stay."

"The location is wonderful and unique. The sea seems the caribbean. Unluckily the management of the place is anachronistic. You pay a hotel price for a super basic service. Services are very poor and you pay everything extra. Wifi is extra, Air conditioning is extra and also didn't work properly. TV wasn't working and we asked four times to fix it but nobody came. "Overall rating is excellent. The rooms are spacious, beautifully furnished, well maintained and spotlessly clean. Staff are courteous, extremely helpful and very friendly. The buffet breakfast offered an array of delicious hot and cold foods. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning in the near future! "

"Lovely hotel and staff. Good range of food for the buffet dinners and breakfasts. Local bar down the road is cheap and does lovely food too. Helpful info: You can get a bus for €6 each to Olbia but it does take about an hour and 45 mins and buses are not frequent (every 3 hours). Taxi from Olbia to the hotel was 100€. "
