「I spent 2 nights staying here, beautiful place indeed, but I had no hot water while I was bathing, I called the front desk twice in 2 days for further assistance/ compensation. They have no reply until I check out, I feel poor for Wyndham Customer Service :(」

「When the ski area shut down so did all the amenities like restaurants and bars, room service and this was not made known to customers staying 」

Le petit déjeuner était plus complet que dans d’autres hôtels visités au cours de mon voyage. Cet hôtel est parfait pour faire un arrêt à Durango de 1 ou 2 jours afin de découvrir la ligne de train qui relie la ville à Silverton. 」
