「Stayed for two nights as we attended a concert in Toronto. The room was very clean, spacious and very quiet. We didn't use the gym or the pool so we can't comment on those. Highly recommend this hotel.」

The only issue I had was that while waiting to check in, nobody called us over and several single travellers cut in front of my kids and I as it wasn’t super clear which desk to go to. But the staff is amazing, hotel is gorgeous, rooms are great. Maybe to note that the beds are very high up which isn’t safe for kids. Would be nice if they had those railings for the beds to contain the kiddos.」
