The apartment that I stayed is not sea-viewing. The apartment has clear sign of require maintenance.
What frustrated me most is that Regency Apartments charged my card eventhough I have already fully paid to Hotels.com. The rational from Regency Apartments is that they could not charge against Hotels.com. But this is not my issue. End up I am double charged and require follow up for my refund which I do not even know how long it will takes. Felt being penalised as a customer when the issue lies between the platform (Hotels.com) and Regency Apartments.
