「First off, the resort is beautiful and all the staff were wonderful. In most cases I believe it would be an easy 5 star review, however we did not stay at the best time. The resort was preparing to transition for a private event which effected the dining options and had a lot of work going on around the property. My main complaint was we were not made aware of any of the changes before or even upon check-in. It wasnt until the morning after that we received a text saying the main resteraunt...

「We stayed in the back by the conference rooms which was ugly & a long walk from everything. Should be for the very loud conference guests only. Hotel could not keep up with towel service at the pools - although they were lovely. Staff was hit & miss. 」

「这个酒店非常个性化也非常的适合家庭旅游居住，餐厅非常开阔温情。对老顾客非常照顾，特别是对有困难的需要帮助的顾客更能够全力以赴，我是因为车祸啊。又第二次住进酒店。他们不但没有排斥受伤的人。还帮我安排了面对游泳池的开个房间，让我心情非常愉悦，减少了我很大的心理压力。我有机会还会来这个酒店。」

「We just returned from our six night spring break trip to the Sheraton grand at wild horse. We went with our two children ages 8 and 11. It was absolutely perfect. Far enough outside of the city that it is quiet and relaxing, but close enough that we were able to go into Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, and Mesa within 20-30 minutes for various dinners or activities if we wanted.
