"It was clean and the restaurant was good and reasonable. The room was so small you could barely move around. To use the toilet, you had to stand by the side or squeeze under the sink. On two occasions I had to call security because of the noise until almost midnight. One night the fire alarm went off at 3am. There were no amenities other than a hair dryer. "We had a spacious room on the 11th floor. There’s plenty of cabinets for storage, a microwave & fridge. As Waterloo station and Westminster Pier are walking distance away, it’s so convenient for us. Best location. All the staff are always cheerful and polite. They helped us book a taxi to the airport. It’s a pleasant 4 days stay for us. Recommended. 👍"
