"Conveniently located right in the famous South Jakarta city central and inside one of the biggest malls there (Pondok Indah Mall). It was so easy to do some shopping (or window shopping) and find great food selections. Not to mention, the hotel staff were excellent. They were so friendly and helpful, and they even prepared to go breakfast for us before we took off to the airport for Bali. It’s just the epitome of excellent hospitality and customer service. Thank you to the entire Intercontinental Pondok Indah hotel staff for giving us such memorable and wonderful stay. "

The quality of the food was excellent, and the options catered to various tastes, making breakfast one of the best parts of my experience. However, when it comes to the rooms, I found the interior to be quite outdated. Although the room was clean and comfortable, the decor felt like it belonged to an older hotel. The furnishings and overall ambiance gave off a somewhat tired feel, and I believe the rooms could benefit from a modern refresh to match the high standards of the hotel’s other offerings.
