「最大的問題是行李要過數階台階, 不過他們倒是有porter 幫忙把行李扛上扛下. 房間該有的都有, 雖然談不上豪華, 但以一般機場內的旅館價格來說, 倒是物超所值. 如果不在意通常一小時一班的免費接駁車, 或是願意花一點錢搭計程車, 機場外附近倒是有更舒適的選擇.」

「We had an amazing stay at Alila, one of the best hotels I’ve been to in a long time. The hotel itself is beautiful, services and facilities top notch but particularly the service provided by all the staff in the restaurants and reception and especially Adi who chauffeured us from the airport and was a great help throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in Jakarta Highly recommend the breakfast deal 」

「The room was spacious and comfortable. There was a washing machine, so I think it's perfect for long-term stays. The breakfast salad selection was limited, but the coffee was delicious. It was nice to be able to do light exercise and jogging in the hotel's courtyard. It was a little inconvenient to need a car when going out, but it was worth it considering the safety, scenery, and quietness.」

「Very nice hotel since room is large and clean. The only comment is the swimming pool is a bit small. Luckily when I swim on the morning, I am the only person using the swimming pool.」
