「The room that I got today was the room that I wanted to get for the whole week and I did not receive the correct room but the lady at the desk said that was my fault and she couldn’t change me, but I was a front office manager at a hotel so I know she could’ve done something for it. But this room was very big spacious had everything we need. The only complaint that I had is there was a chair in the king room at the bottom and the corners were so probably hit so much or something that it looked...
