「우선 위치는 올드타운까지 숙소 앞 대로변 따라서 걸으면 20분 정도 걸립니다. 버스도 많이 있었는데 그냥 걷기 좋은 날씨라 걸어다녔어요. 체크인 할 때 주인 할아버지가 친절하게 이런저런 설명해주시고, 생각보다 깨끗하고 이것저것 잘 준비되어 있어서 좋았습니다. 저희 도착하기 며칠전에 비가 많이 왔었다네요? 그래서 모기가 좀 많았습니다. 방에 모기약이 준비되어 있어서 큰 문제는 아니었어요. 대로변에서 방까지 계단이 좀 많아서 짐 올려놓는데 힘을 썼던 그 부분만 빼면 대체적으로 가격대비 만족스러웠습니다.」

「第一天入住，對於窗外的景色不甚滿意，因為是訂海景房，但看出去的景色被附近的地形及建物擋住八九成，對於這樣的海景房有些失望。透過 Hotels.com 的意見回復，隔天，飯店的接待經理立刻幫我換房間，還出面跟我解說，服務好的讓我有點受寵若驚。雖然是商務出差，大部分時間都得出門去開會，但是每天早上起床躺在床上看到美麗的海景，心情還是高興的。可惜是冬天來住，湛藍的海水跟美麗的海灘都無法使用，希望有機會可以再來這邊住，享受一下美麗的海灘跟清澈的海水。」

「非常喜欢，老板很热情，为我们加床，告诉我们如何在古城游玩。这里海景尽收眼底，很漂亮的景观，而且到古城步行也最多大半个小时，很棒的酒店。」

「Nice room, quiet surrounding and convenient neighborhood. Wifi is available but a bit slow. Host is nice. We informed her in advance that we'll check in around midnight and she's still willing to wait for us. Only one thing to complain about: pick-up service. We asked for the pick-up service at 4:40 early morning to catch the flight but the driver didn't show up. Fortunately, the host called a taxi for us right away and we were able to catch the flight at the last moment.」

「Very good hotel with its cleaniness, service quality, breakfast and friendly handsome staff. It was not far from the Dubrovnik old town that I could walk between the hotel and the old town. I will choose Hotel Lero again when I visit Dubrovnik.」
