「I had booked this hotel for my parents and uncle/aunt. When they reached the hotel, the receptionist/manager said there was no booking. This was a pre paid booking. When I tried to talk to the manager, he refused to talk to me. When I called hotels.com agent and when she tried to do a three ways call, the manager yet again refused to talk. 「最初案内された部屋はトイレが流れず、すぐ別の部屋にチェンジしてもらった。広々とした部屋でデザインも良く満足。アメニティは歯ブラシなし。スタバやバーガーキングなどが入っている近代的なフェニックスモールにつながっており大変便利。空港へのアクセスも夕方のラッシュにもかかわらず25分ほどで到着。」

「Lack of amenities, also there were not many options for breakfast or even normal food, also there were no tea or coffee packets present in the room, because of covid norms (as they said), but I assume Rs10 per room won't save their expenses. Also drinking water should be packed bottles in these covid times. 」

「Room was smelling stuffy. Staff came and cleaned and sprayed to make it better. Breakfast was delicious. Thank you 」
