"The hotel is in a great location, has excellent staff, and my room was very clean and up to date. There is construction going on, but it really didn’t impact me outside of the confusing entrance situation. Other than that, it was fantastic. It’s literally right on the running trail that is parallel with the river, so the running options are phenomenal. "

"Great stay! Just be careful with hotel parking. I was told they would charge our card for parking but I was not told until following day that I was supposed to swipe my room card for parking and not get a ticket. If you get that ticket they are hesitant on giving you that $48 parking fee back since they don’t own it. That would have been awful if they didn’t credit my card cuz I sure did not want to pay twice! The happy hour and breakfast are both awesome tho! We got our monies worth with that...

"The hotel burned down because of a fire two days before my stay. I’m honestly not sure what the protocol would be after this happens but I was not informed by anyone and was just luckily informed by my own being and research. I contacted hotels.com and they were unaware and did not provide any help. I would like a full refund because I did not stay. "
