"The rooms are good but their service is poor. Charging $700 per night, they don't even replenish the items in the room on daily basis - coffe pods, shampoo, other basic things. Reception staff does not speak or understand English which was very difficult to us to communicate "

"This is a brilliant hotel. First class staff, service, incredibly clean. Probably the best hotel I’ve stayed in. Calm and relaxed atmosphere. Staff went out of their way to help. All were brilliant but a special mention for Said in the restaurant who went more than an extra mile to make sure I was ol. He’s a credit to the hotel. "Very good standard all round and great location for a relaxing break with interesting local tours along with a nice pool and gardens Probably visited when the occupancy rate not too high so not sure how that compares to my experience My only minor gripe as a vegetarian was that the Moroccan restaurant on site had no vegetarian options "

"My stay was wonderful. Everything from the room, food, amenities, staff and beach was great. Food was delicious, a wide variety and well displayed. I had a relaxing time. Security was excellent and not intrusive in any way. Pools were lovely and it was perfect having a heated one as the weather was chilly at times. "we had a wonderful stay at the Woodhouse. The building is beautiful-and seems that all the furniture and doors are handmade from members of the hotel. Mohamed (he seemed to run the hotel) was extremely hospitable. He would check in with us and help with anything we needed. We booked Hammans which were the best experience. our rooms were cleaned daily and the staff did spectacular job. breakfast was delicious and we ate dinner as well which was equally delicious. "Lovely hotel with a magical feel. Very friendly and welcoming staff, excellent food and comfortable, homely accommodation. Having a dip in the pool with an unobstructed view of the Atlas Mountains is spectacular. The only (very mild) negative is that it is remote- about 20 minutes from Agadir, although that its only 300 Dirham for a return Taxi trip, and there are not a lot of nearby shops. If you’re after bustling nightlife the hotel isnt for you, but if you want a quiet & peaceful getaway...

"I had a wonderful stay and the staff were fantastic. The only disappointment was on check out I was promised that my bill would be sent to me. This did not happen. I emailed several times to follow up the request no response. Luckily I have a friend that lives there and he had to physically go and ask before it was sent. Very disappointing"
