Modern and stylish decoration. Very clean and spacious room. The staff are really friendly. Our room is just next to the rooftop restaurant so it was a bit noisy in the morning as they started to prepare the breakfast around 7:15 am. However it did not really affected us since we are early risers. The location is perfect, just 5 minutes walk to the train / bus station, and 10 minutes to the port. Highly recommended!

Our stay was exceptional from the outset, with a helpful and friendly check in experience, tasty breakfasts with a variety of options (including made to order omelets/crepes/pancakes), and helpful house staff. This is a small facility so has that personal touch that larger hotel facilities cannot offer. The location is exceptional, steps from the central shopping and restaurant location in Sorrento. The main marina and ferry stop is also nearby and an easy walk (10 minutes). We received great recommendations for dinner locations, shopping and wine bars from Catia (our hotel desk staff) who went out of her way to make sure we were having a great stay. The rooms are large, with comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, clean, bright and quiet. Our rooms had nice outdoor patios with seating area and outdoor spa bath as well. The value is great considering the price to experience. We will be returning on our next stay in Sorrento!

Great, all around
We had a beautiful room with a great comfortable bed. It was located in a convenient part of town and an easy walk from the port and restaurants. We had a delicious breakfast each morning served on the top floor with a beautiful view. Highly recommend.

Sensacional estadia em Sorrento.
Incrível, sensacional local, quarto maravilhoso, tudo novo, limpo, de primeira, atendimento sensacional desde o check in até check out. Café da manhã absolutamente uma imersão em como são os café da manhã italianos, carinho, zelo, atenção de todos os funcionários! Perfeito para ficar em Sorrento! Em voltando com certeza focaremos nessa estadia novamente.

Loved this property! I was arriving late in the evening and they helped me set up a check-in that was seamless. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely—with eggs and omelettes made to order. The hotel is also right in Sorrento Center so everything is easily walkable— but I never heard the noise from outside.

Palazzo Martinelli was wonderful! We stayed for 4 nights and it was excellent. Amazing staff and delicious breakfast every morning on the rooftop terrace. The hotel was quaint but very modern and beautifully appointed. Our room was large with a beautiful terrace.

The check-in went seamless. The staff is pretty incredible. They cater to any and all of your needs. The breakfast on the patio exceeded our expectations. Laura was a kind and gracious hostess who above and beyond to accommodate us. Plenty of shopping and restaurants right outside our door. Couldn’t have picked a better location. Definitely a five star experience

This hotel is absolutely amazing. On arrival you’re greeted with an entrance through a lit up cave, which opens out into a light, bright and modern interior. Our room was fantastic, great size, extremely clean and there were even complimentary drinks every day. The shower was by far the best shower I’ve ever used. We even had our very own terrace. We’d only booked the standard double as the price is on the higher side, but it was honestly one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed and you’re right in amongst it. So you can stroll back in the evening with a gelato and enjoy a comfy night’s sleep.

Wow! Eine absolut tolle Unterkunft im Herzen von Sorrento. In unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof, den man per Bus Shuttle vom Flughafen Neapel erreicht. Außerdem sind Geschäfte und Einkaufsstraße in wenigen Metern erreichbar. Trotz dieser Nähe eine sehr ruhige Lage des Hotels. Sobald man den Eingang durch den steinernen Tunnel betritt fühlt man sich gut aufgehoben. Bei Check in und vor allem beim Frühstück bekommt man die pure Herzlichkeit der Mitarbeiterinnen zu spüren. Danke für die tolle Zeit in Sorrento.
