「A beautiful little gem of a hotel. We couldn’t have picked a more wonderful place to stay. All staff we met with were so friendly and helpful, nothing was any trouble. Lovely toiletries - including conditioner and a powerful hairdryer. Location is excellent, close to everything. Rooms were beautifully appointed and so comfortable.」

「Super overpriced. Most expensive one among 3 hotels (35% to 50% more, the other one in Sorrento too and closer to train station) but family thinks this is the cheapest. Room is extremely outdated while charged a EU price in the south Italy! Owner is business polite but no more. Feels cold and ignorance in responding messages compared to other 2 hotels. 「This was an amazing experience. The best part was the host Gianluigi. He went out of his way at every turn to give us rides, make recommendations, serve us breakfast, set up taxi rides. He even gave us a ride an hour away to our next destination. The hotel overlooks the city on a bluff and has a tremendous view. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a true Italy experience.」

「The apartment is well located, close to the city center. The room included a spacious balcony and a mini kitchen. I had everything I needed for a short stay in Sorrento. The reception was very friendly! They upgraded my room and gave me a lot of advice on my trip. The only drawback was that the wall between rooms is too thin that I can clearly hear what people from other rooms is doing...Fortunately, my neighbors were quiet after midnight, so it wasn’t a big issue for me.」

「The hotel was everything we needed to end our Italy trip. The room was spacious and clean. The balcony was great to sit out on with an amazing view of the property garden. The gardens are BEAUTIFUL. There was a nice pool that we didn’t use due to it not being warm enough. The rooftop bar also offered an amazing view of the town but unfortunately weren’t able to get a drink from. "Good central location close to Sorrento train station and main shopping street. Buffet breakfast with beautiful dining area. The hotel is old and dated fittings could be visibly seen in the room. We disliked the air-con & ventilation most, as according to reception, it would function only when we set it at least 2 degree higher than current in-room temperature. We wanted anything below 24 degree and end up not having ventilation for the night."
