「Our stay at the Hotel has been great! On our second day there was an issue but it was handle with care understanding and tried to rectify our disappointment. The manager Sandro took control of the situation and our stay was amazing and would definitely recommend family and friends. Also Maria from the restaurant was excellent friendly approachable and always goes above and beyond with her service.」

「Beautiful boutique hotel with fantastic service. Pool is lovely and peaceful and no fight for sun beds. Food in the pool bar was excellent (we didn't try the Michelin starred restaurant). Great location. Responsive and quick when requests made to housekeeping, concierge etc」

「(+)The hotel is about 200m away from central bus/train station, right next to the old town. A big shopping mall is in the opposite side as well. The room offers minibar with extra charge, free shampoo gel, hand soap, body milk hair gel and water boiler. However there is no toothbrush and toothpaste. The mattress is comfortable, not too hard or too soft. The staff was friendly and kind. (-)The breakfast is good but it keeps same almost everyday. The sound insulation is pretty bad at least for...
