「Brilliant loved it apart from no hot water for are 2 night stay witch took till check out to be sorted out even though we informed of the problem first night. And the maintenance man lied and told manager it was all working and checked. He never checked it and it was not working. However the lovley manager gave us a free night and we paid to stay another night also and she did us a good deal on that . We will be back soon can’t wait 」

「Stayed here for a night while over to watch a MMA fight night, the hotel was more than comfortable for a lovely nights sleep, room was large and the bathroom was clean but not that modern. Bit of road noise if your room is on the road side but you’re in a city, it’s to be expected. Reception also is open 24hrs and has baskets with extra tea, coffee etc for your room which was really nice」

「This is our 2nd stay at this hotel. It is local for shopping entertainment and plenty of dining options. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are a good size and linen of top quaility. It is very clean and decor is lovely. We very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. 」

「New hotel with barrier free accessories was surprising😝 There were callbells and handrails in the room👍 High quality free breakfast buffet😋Takeaway cups and sandwiches bag were available for the ones in a hurry😍 Yet, some of the utensils at the buffet were obviously dirty😕」

「Lovely hotel, I had a room with a sofa bed but I was on my own and wasn’t expecting the sofa bed to be made, which made getting around the room really difficult as the sofa bed was between the bed and the bathroom / door. I was on the 6th floor and the room was still quite noisy from the bars down the street so it was really difficult to sleep. Everything else was perfect but as the sleep was the most important part of my trip I was disappointed.」

「A cozy apartment located in the city centre. Shopping, dining, commuting, all within short walking distance. Friendly staff, in particular David who helped us fixed the electric power supply after having tripped off twice. Very pleasant stay. 」
