Chambre commençant à devenir vieillissante. Ni baignoire ni douche, un baquet à rideau en plastique. Néanmoins l’hôtel a été rénové et est agréable.

Rooms were basic but clean and we had a beautiful view of the mountains and sea. The reception team were fantastic and very helpful. The breakfast and dinner options were very basic. We booked half board but chose to eat out every night for dinner. The pool area was beautiful - very quiet and relaxing. The bar service was slow and didn’t open until 11am. Great location and perfect for a relaxing break away.

Property auto-upgraded us to the location closer to the beach! Nice room with a beach/pool view and a balcony. Great breakfast buffet. Big hit with the kiddo.

Overall, disappointing experience staying at the hotel. We mentioned our issues to the staff multiple times with no solutions to fix the problems. Wifi did not work in our room, multiple ants in/on the bed and no air conditioning. Wifi and air conditioning were both advertised on the booking site. After escalating the issues to the staff they were not remediated. When checking out of the hotel we escalated the issues again and the staff (Maria in particular) was extremely rude and difficult to raise concerns to. For the price point, I recommend looking at other options as the quality of the hotel did not live up to our expectations.

This property was such a blessing during our stay. Amazing amenities, literally a 5 minute walk to Port of Soller, away from the hustle and bustle of Palma. We used the pool on our last day and it was so relaxing. Staff is amazing and so so friendly, just a small example, we had a flight that resulted in us needing to leave at 5:00 am, the front staff ensured the coffee station was open so that we may have some coffee before we left, even offered to make us a cold breakfast. I have celiac and when i notified the staff they had the chef come out and walk through to tell me everything that was safe for me to eat at the buffet. Would definitely stay here again!

Positivt overrasket over hotellet
Man får god valutta for pengene sine ved dette hotellet. Fordi det ligger bak strandpromenaden er det veldig stille, og å benytte seg av bassengområdet var et godt alternativ til å være på stranden. Frokosten var den samme hver dag, men den hadde alt grunnleggende man forventer. Vi spiste også middag ved hotellet noen dager, og som forventet var det noe rotasjon mellom dagene. Maten var alltid god. Hotellrommene var helt greie, og renholdet hver dag var tilfredstillende. Vi var også veldig fornøyde med treningsrommet tilgjengelig for gjestene. Spesielt viktig å nevne ved dette hotellet er servicen man mottar. Alle er svært hjelpsomme og hyggelige. Fasilitetene ved hotellet ikke de aller beste vi har benyttet, men til prisen tilgjengelig får du mye ut av pengene! Anbefales!

The staff of the reception desk were incredibly helpful. They were knowledgeable and friendly and went the extra mile to help us and answer our questions. Pool was a bit small but literally 5 minutes walking distance to anywhere you wanted to go including the wooden tram and restaurants. They even had a luggage room and shower room that allowed us to make the most of our last day. Food was reasonable and the surrounding scenery out of this world. Thank you to all staff at the Eden Nord for a memorable week.

Great location a short walk to beach,bars and restaurants. Very quiet. The pool area was well served with sun beds although the sun disappeared quite early in the evening around 6.00 pm. The public areas are up to date but the bedrooms and bathrooms need a refurbishment as they are very tired. This did not impact on our stay but thought it required comment. We had breakfast which was excellent. Did not have dinner as the hotel is within walking distance of a great variety of eateries to choose from. The sunsets from the beach are worth staying out for.We will be returning hopefully soon.

Das Hotel Eden Nord ist schon etwas Besonderes. Ich würde glatt 4 Sterne für dieses 3-Sterne-Haus vergeben. Besonders gefallen hat uns das große Meerblickzimmer mit großem Bett und herrlichem Blick auf die Bucht. Frühstück und Abendessen sehr gut. Alles sehr sauber. Top-Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Wirkungsvolle Klimaanlage. Natürlich nicht ganz preisgünstig, doch dieses Haus ist jeden Cent wert. Die Anlage ist schon etwas älter aber gut in Schuss. Ideal für Leute, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen und keine "Bettenburgen" mögen.
