「Could not fault the apartment but Booking Host were next to useless. It took 2 hours to get into the apartment because the video showing the key box location was wrong. Despite photos and repeat phone calls and on 10 minutes hold every time they just kept saying the cleaner said.... Eventually the cleaner actually said its 50Mtr away from where it should be. I then found it.mixed in with some other key boxes.」

「The apartment is located in the basement of residential building. Access and entrance to the unit is troublesome, basement has stuffy air. The unit was fairly clean (clear signs of being flooded in the recent past), with problematic flushing & heating systems. The apartment doesn’t seem to be properly maintained. 」

「We arrived early in the morning and property management allowed us to check in right away since the apartment was ready. Really appreciate it! Directions and instructions to access were communicated ahead of time and were very clear. The apartment itself was super clean and cozy with all necessary utensils in place. Well, except only a bottle opener :) Grocery stores and bus stations are next to the building. Wonderful place for both short and extended stay. 」

「This was a total disappointment. We rented this unit only to arrive on a long trip from the USA to find it had been double booked. The owner never answered ny phone calls from us or Expedia. He did send an email later that night to let us know it had been double booked. I do not understand why Expedia allows him to remain on their site, to make matters worse we are still trying to get our money back, which apparently he must approve. We may be going to court in DC, who will show up I wonder? 」

「While the apartment is visually pleasing and in a good area this is where the positives stopped. It lacks key things. Firstly the mattress was horrible. I can't emphasise this enough. Could feel all the springs and anytime one person moved the other could feel it and was disturbed in their sleep. Secondly no airconditioning, this is fine during winter, however there is no cross ventilation and the fan doesnt do anything. It was a hot box when we arrived and didn't cool down at all despite...
