"The property was perfect apart from location. However, after working out the bus service it was fine. The room was adequate, bathroom good. Friendly staff, a busy road ran past the side, but after walking all day I slept like a log. The room had everything you would need, toilet rolls, handwash liquid, towels, wash-up liquid, scrubber, cooking facilities, fridge, kettle and microwave. "The property was comfortable with lots of room. However, the property doesn’t have air conditioning. In the August heat we had to keep windows open so every car or person walking by would wake us up. Plus for 2 weeks worth of time booked we were only given ONE roll of toilet paper. The property has a washing machine but no way to dry the clothes afterwards. "

"We had this Apartment for one week and are very thankful we chose this one it is very spacious and absolutely clean. The instructions for check in was sent before and there is nothing to say about it. If we come back to Warsaw we will again rent this apartment. Best wishes thank you "

"The apartment is located in the basement of residential building. Access and entrance to the unit is troublesome, basement has stuffy air. The unit was fairly clean (clear signs of being flooded in the recent past), with problematic flushing & heating systems. The apartment doesn’t seem to be properly maintained. "

"The Hotel is ideally situated next to the Royal Park. It has an excellent position for the convenient, clean and efficient buses, recently new tram routes now also link into the transport system. Bus and tram stops are very close to the hotel making getting anywhere in Warsaw including Wilanow very easy. The area is also well served with cycle lanes and rental cycles to safely get around. The hotel itself is great, with very friendly and efficient staff. Breakfast is very good as well. The hotel is also very clean. I have stayed here several times and for me, I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Warsaw! An added bonus is a very relaxed bar across the road called Hygge that serves delicious food!"

"Lovely hotel. So clean and feels very new. Very fair price. It's in a great location in the city center, close to shopping, transportation, and restaurants. Breakfast in the hotel is terrific and the bar area is cozy. We will book this hotel again. p.s. you may note that I didnt say the hotel is quiet. It actually is not bad at all but it IS in the city center. You'll hear cars and trains all night long. Book your room on the back side if this is a problem. It wasn't for us."

"I've stayed at this hotel only for 1 night, but couldn't be more happy! Room was very spacious, comfortable and spotless- so was the bathroom ( appreciate the housekeepers!). Used thr shuttle at 4am- everything was on time and went very smooth. Nice bar,too. Nice receptionist, no complaints. Will be back in the future!"
