「Lovely surroundings, rooms look great but cleaning could be better, splash marks in kitchens and toothpaste marks on walls in bathroom. Glass not clean, bedding and room doesnt smell fresh」

「Reception was good if a little slow to get us signed in. We were at a family wedding which we knew would mean getting back late so looking for bed & breakfast only. Hotel matched our needs. Only issue was the bathroom smelt of cat wee. Since we didn't get back till late no one on reception to sort it out. Pity as I would have given the hotel a higher score. 」

「We paid 90 pounds for a 3 single-beded room but got a 70 ponds room. The staff said it not possible to chang the room but are willing to return our money back. The staff is friendly but somehow we still frustrated about the negotiations.」
