「Excellent hotel. Modern. Staff are fab. Room was excellent and nicely decorated. This hotel is a brilliant base for the NEC. We used it for crufts. NEC is about 24 mins away but really easy to get to. Will definitely use again. 」

「The Belfry is nice, a bit of a construction site but that didn't get in the way. Food, drinks and staff was great!! When I had a noise problem in my room it was dealt with and I even got a discount of 20% as I didn't sleep much. The pool was ok although looking old, I plan to come back when the new wellness centre is completed. The DJ was great, it as a fun stay. Bedroom was clean and comfortable. There's plenty of parking and electric chargers. 」

「Really lovely staff and the check in experience was very pleasant. The room was just about acceptable in terms of cleanliness but the toilet was not clean and still had used paper in it. The room and the surroundings were very tired and beyond worn in some places, especially the carpet on the stairs which was very dirty. As there was no breakfast, we could not comment on it. It’s such a shame because the setting is quite pleasant and it could be a lovely place to visit. 」
