"Jag upplevde att det var lite väl mörkt (trots befintlig belysning) på gångvägarna mellan de olika husen. Eftersom jag bott här flera gånger inget problem för mig. Ett äldre par hade svårt att hitta rätt. Tips upplysta skyltar på de olika husen och vägvisning dit. Rent och fräscht. Svårt att förstå uppvärmning /fläkt i rummet /duschrum. Fantastisk frukost som vanligt. Har nu bott i alla husen och längorna. "

"Excellent value for money. The key benefits about the hotel is its location and the free breakfast which is very good. That said, the rooms are VERY small. The lighting in the room is inadequate, there is no closet or shelves for clothes and just 4 electrical outlets in the room very inconveniently places. "Wonderful 3 day visit. From the very start, meeting Maria in reception, the friendliness and service was superb. When we couldn't ski, the absolute best experience was the 10km mt bike trip with free bikes from the hotel. One question we couldn't get answered was why some people in the restaurant were getting meals that weren't on the menu... We had great burgers, though!"

"Great location for bus and trains. Staff are excellent and we received a friendly response from Lisa when we checked in. She was informative and helpful. "We had an amazing stay! Beautiful hotel location on the water! Not much to do for kids and we came as a family stay. The spa/pool is definitely on the spa side and less kid friendly. This is the perfect place to go for a romantic getaway! Love that so many walk around in robs to go to spa and relax. Wish we went for that so never ended up using the spa/pool.
