「洗碗碟機壞，沒有暖氣，雖然回應電郵頗快但沒有什麼實際行動！但整體來說環境仍然可以，以此價格尚可考慮！接待處距離真正住宿地方不算近，為旅客帶來有點不便」

「地理位置得好，在市中心，十分方便。 房間很大，也很整潔。 早餐送上房，服務很好。 景觀一流，看煙花一流。 但沒有電梯，以及要穿過餐廳入口才到酒店入口，每次出入都會被問食飯還是回酒店。 」

「Such an easy accessible spacious accommodation to explore Prague for the weekend! No issues. 」

「We thought the place was amazing and would definitely go back again!」

「Firstly, the hotel has been sold, which hasn’t been named as it nowadays. Secondly, on the website of the hotel, it mentions that you’ll have the passcode to access the building by checking online; however, if you’re booking the room via a third party portal, you won’t receive the check in-in form. Thirdly, the hanger of shower fell apart by itself whereas it wasn’t fixed on the committed date. Lastly, it won’t clean up the room during your stay in 7 days.」

「Loved the location and how easy it was to get around! The room was small and quaint but exactly what I needed. I will say that the walls are thin and you can hear people going up and down the stairs and you can also hear people outside. But I wasnt in the room much and I'm a heavy sleeper so it wasnt an issue for me. 」
