"The aircon was noisy, the rooms are also not at all sound proof. The first room they gave us was in bad condition, so we changed and had to pay more. It was worth it, the second room was much better. But still had some issues. Broken glass from lamp, not proper working toilet host ect.. but some good things like extras were availale in the room."

"Cleanliness of the rooms can be improved further especially the toilet. Service of the hotel team is excellent. We took the dinner package. On our second night dinner the ramadhan buffet hardly had anything non spicy for my 5yo. So i requested a fried egg and the manager and chef went above and beyond to accommodate it. "It’s an old property. Maintenance was at bare minimum. Bed sheets, pillow covers & blankets have stains. Cleanliness was average. Owners should think of refurbish the rooms. "
