「We’ve stayed at Staybridge Suites, La Quintas, Hilton but this was one of the most warmest welcoming experiences. Liz is great at her job and greeted us with a smile. She just radiates good vibes and energy! We had a good breakfast to start our day and we will be back! 」

「It was definitely cozi. Just some little things. The water pressure was very low in the shower and faucet's. A large water puddle at entrance. And adding some bowls would be nice. The fire place remote did not work. The features such as the hot tub and comfortable bed were amazing. Thank you for the accommodations and communication. 」

「We did not have hot water at this property. I contacted the rental company, Cozi vacations once an hour for several hours and they never came to resolve the issue. We ended up having to leave the next morning since there was still not hot water. They promised to refund me $150 for my trouble and still have not done that. I call them every day and am given the run around every time. Highly suggest not staying at this property or checking that they have hot water before you go.」

「The bed was terrible. You couldn’t make a move without noises and it was so uncomfortable. We were locked out of the gate, and had to be told we have to walk around to another one. The bathroom sick is clogged and takes forever to drain The lights in the bathroom don’t work at all. We were harnessed about signing a release for damages we didn’t know we needed to sign before we arrived. (I’ve never had to sign a release form renting thru Travelocity)」

「All my family love this hotel. We had a road trip from LA to Texas. This hotel is the best one including clean, layout, and staff. Especially the front dest Alana, she is so nice and warm and she did her job perfect. I try to stay one more night and booked online first. When I go the reception Alana say hi and smile to me then pass the room key directly. That is amazing. I am not vip for double tree Hilton. From that moment, I will be one. Thank you Alana」

「The main door into our room had a rather large gap when closed and locked! It was so big that you could see into the hallway from inside the room, personally I didn't feel safe with the door the way it was. I have a picture if available for upload! 」
