The residences should remind residents to bring their private toothbrushes, toothpastes and toiletries. We found out that they didn't provide the toothbrushes and toothpastes for free upon the first night of arrival. After complaining to the housekeeping department, they provided us the first set. If it claims itself as a luxurious serviced apartment, such basic facilities should be provided so as to make the residents hassle free. Also, it didn't provide us the replacement of toiletries only when we found out the similar problem. The housekeeper initiated to offer us another set of complimentary replacement. Hope that the management could review their policy so as to make the stay a more pleasant and convenient one.
On the other hand, there was a free hamper. No matter how many people are there, they only included two bottles of water. Did the management ever stay in other hotels or residences, better they understand the service benchmark nowadays?
