「The location is really convenient as the hotel is located in Simpang Lima where we could find big shopping malls. The room was clean and quite spacious, but the TV was definitely too small and there was poor TV reception on all movie channels (it's still fine as we didn't go there for watching television). Among all the ibis hotels that we have been to, this one is relatively basic, but it's still worth the price. The breakfast was only mediocre which only served a limited food variety.」

「We booked 3 rooms for 4 guests. Hotel seemed more to be of a borderline 4 star, definitely not 5 stars. Wallpaper was tearing off in one of the rooms. In the other room, the bedsheet had blood stains on it. Additionally, there was an unbearable smell in the room, and the A/C was broken. It was also hard to sleep as the room was not very sound proof. We could hear cars and motorcycles from the rooms. We checked in around 9pm and had to wait until 4am before they were willing to give us a...

「I booked this for one of my vendor who had stayed here for a few times in the past 2 years. However this time they were dissapointed. The room was messy and dusty like it hasn't been cleaned for sometimes. There are cockroach and leaking shower that goes to the bedroom. 」

「No complaints whatsoever for this hotel, the stsff are great, the rooms are spotless, the restsurant is very good, the pool area is small but very smart and the rooftop bars are brilliant. Be aware that smoking is allowed in the rooftop bar but theres plenty of seats outside. Location is extremely busy with traffic and theres building going on across the road but other than that its a great hotel if you ever visit the city.」

Overrated, would not recommend it to friends
