「Wir waren 3 Nächte dort und es war super. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig, eigentlich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Die Altstadt, Restaurants und Shoppingcenter waren fußläufig erreichbar. Alles in allem war super. 」

「Service was superb. We had one person who had difficulties to go up to the reception because of the fear of heights and the reception was in the 5th floor (and there was only elevators with glass walls), so they tried to change our reservation to an another hotel, but it was full. Finally we managed to get up to the room and it was perfect. Nice room with balcony and five-star breakfast with sparkling wine was a cherry on top of the cake.」

「Super 4 star hotel! Service way beyond what is expected in the Czech Republic. Delicious and nicely plated meals in the restaurant, although it’s not a big menu. Breakfast was good with many options. Room was very clean and beds comfortable. Bathroom with shower was nice and recently renovated. Adjacent to the hotel is a wine gallery. We ended up wine tasting from 70 different Czech wines and were served a wonderful (and plentiful) BBQ dinner the same evening. Dogs are welcome too! I can really...
