「The Hampton Inn @ Queen Creek is a lovely place! The hotel is clean and comfortable. It’s near restaurants and shops. The parking is convenient, and if the hotel is full then there is overflow parking in the adjacent shopping center or dirt lot next to the property. The staff are nice and helpful. The breakfast has variety and is well stocked.」

I was so impressed earlier this week with my stay I came back for a few extra days! *I do want to acknowledge all the staff here, they are excellent and very helpful if there is a problem. I personally saw them catch a very large wolfhound/dog that some idiot guest left in their room all day unattended and the dog managed to open the door latch and escape. 「Staff is very friendly and professional. We arrived very late our first night, and the sheets on one of the beds had stains on it. We notified the front desk in the morning and they we very apologetic and changed the sheets. However, I asked that there be some sort of compensation, as it was quite unpleasant. I never did get an answer, was just told the manager would be notified. So that was a bit frustrating. 」

「Easy and convenient for an over night last minute stay」

「Beds had metal frames that made noise everytime you sat down or got up - very annoying. We were on 3rd floor and the ice machine was not working so had to go to 1st floor to get. Everything else was good; great having a shopping mall across the street that you can walk to. Outside pool was on north side of building so you were always in the shade - didn't like to even sit out there to read a book in the cooler weather as too cold.」
