"I thought the airport shuttle was complimentary but it wasn’t but they were very accommodating when we had to leave at 3am and their price was half that of a taxi or Uber."

"Nice enough and a great location near the airport. The room was loud and we heard every step from the floor above. Breakfast was complete but in general the staff was not very friendly. There is not enough parking. Good restaurants nearby. The property cats are very nice. "

"Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Room and hotel very clean. Pool is lovely with a range of seating to suit everyone. Breakfast is excellent both food and saff. Coffee is strong. Lunch and dinner are both delicious, however i think the menus need more of a selection. Pizza and local beers were the highlight. A special mention to Antonio at dinner service. He is exceptional ❤️ "

"We rented a villa which was very close to the sea but as patio doors had no screen, we could never let the doors open. Room was poorly decorated but otherwise very clean. The site is beautiful, however it has no beach and had only one access to the see. The food was disapponting, below standard for that type of resort. Will not return."

"Perfect for a relaxing all-inclusive short break. We were there in October and the pool areas, which are lovely, were still busy. There is access to the sea though the beach itself is quite stony. The buffet food at the resort is good quality and provided enough variety during the three days we were there that we didn't feel the need to book one of the a la carte restaurants. The hotel offers a bus trip to Cefalu and the town is most definitely worth visiting - you will ant to spend longer...

"The hotel is brand new within a renovated villa. We stayed in junior suite room, which was very spacious with a sea view and a balcony. The room was very clean, modern, with A/C. There were two smart TVs with ability to stream. The hotel staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service. Fabiola and Annia were very helpful and polite. "From check-in to check-out…superb service. Asked about a taxi for airport departure during checkin. Receptionist called our room after we had unpacked and asked if we’d like her to book the 04:00 taxi. Done. Needed an extra key as I was not touring one day. Done. On the day of departure 03:45, the cheerful receptionist met us at the elevator to help us with our luggage. Done. There’s in-house restaurant and spa. A gourmet prepared meal in a highly tourist area. We didn’t have time for spa experiences but reasonably priced. Yes, we would definitely stay again!"
