「Mostly satisfied. My mobile is Japanese one, so I couldn't call by my phone. I had sent a message about this ploblem, but no reply. Luckily, one of customers helped me to call. Anyway, I enjyoed my stay.」

「該飯店號稱有機場接駁，但因男主人離世，女主人不會開車，僅能協助叫計程車，但卻要住客自行付費，似乎不太合理。 且該客房鑰匙有問題，不容易上鎖，造成住客無法放鬆休息。 該飯店位處偏遠僻靜，沒有明顯招牌標示，對外交通不便，夜晚附近無法找到用餐地方，只能在民宿內用。」

「Emails before visiting were easy to follow. Given the price at the centre of Coventry, the cleanness and preparedness were both superb. Two sets of pillows and towels and many kitchen utensils were great.」
