「rude service」

「Beautiful hotel, from the lobby to the room decor. Missing element from the room would be microwave. They have one in the lobby for guests to use which I found inconvenient when you are on the 5th floor and want to heat up leftovers from one of the many restaurants in the hotel area. The indoor pool was one of the perks for booking this hotel. Very nice but as we were going down the stairs we found an army of ants marching around the perimeter of the pool entrance. 」

「Clean, quiet and very comfortable the 3 qualities I look for when I’m away from home. The young men that checked me in were gruff and unfriendly, and that may be due to my late check in. However, customer service is essential. 」
