"The staff at the property were so wonderful throughout our whole stay. The hotel itself was lovely, the bathhouse especially was so clean and well maintained. Our room had a great view and it was clean and well maintained. We loved the breakfast selections as well, the only thing I would have liked would be the option of having a hot chocolate but everything else was just amazing. The hotel is right next to a station and its so affordable to just take a train anywhere you would like to go. We really loved our stay and can't wait to stay here again."

"Amazing location. Room was perfect for what I needed. WiFi was fast (100mlb up and down). Good eating options around the done and at the hotlel and breakfast was great. Definitely would stay there again. "

"Great location. Across the street from Shinagawa Station. Food court and 7-11 downstairs was convenient for family traveling. Shinagawa is also a stop for Bullet train. "
